National Youth Leadership Training (aka NYLT - lovingly known in Colorado as "Big Horn") is an exciting, action-packed program designed to provide all 13 to 20 year old youth members of the Boy Scouts of America with leadership skills and experience. They promise that they will faithfully live according to the Scout Oath, Scout Law and Venturing Oath during the National Youth Leadership Training and thereafter.
