Our enamel pins have no color restrictions. The pins can be filled with any color you want, but there are additional charges for it filled with more than four colors. Specific pricing standards can be seen in our quotation system.

For soft enamel, there is shiny gold, shiny silver, shiny copper, black metal, antique gold, antique brass, antique silver, antique copper, or rainbow. For hard enamel shiny gold, shiny silver, shiny copper, rose gold, and shiny black nickel.

Yes, it's OK. We can not only provide designs for customers, but also use customers' own artwork to make pins.

If you are not satisfied with our design, you can modify it for free before the design certificate is confirmed, until you are satisfied.

All images in the gallery and exhibition and their designs are the copyrighted designs of our customers. You cannot order someone else's design without their explicit permission.

With a 2D pin, the surface will be flat, and the metal linework that makes up the design will be raised, with the top of the line flat. With a 3D pin, the surface will be raised, and the design will be detailed and rounded off to give it a 3D effect. 3D will be more expensive.

We offer screen printing, glow-in-the-dark, glitter, and translucent enamel. The price has to do with the number of special effects and your design. Please contact us by email for a specific quote.

You can create the back stamp design the same way you would for your pin design. It does not need to be exactly to scale, our design team will be able to adjust it and will display it on the proof that gets sent to you. You can also request for the back stamp to be in a certain area of the back of the pin if you prefer.

Yes, you can get physical samples for additional costs. This can also be discussed with your sales coordinator. However, you can also request to receive pictures of the pin before it goes into bulk production and there isn't a fee for that.

Defects are very rare, if a customer were to receive a batch with any imperfections we would remake and replace the flawed pins as soon as possible.
