Custom Military Pins

I've purchased custom enamel pins from GS-JJ a few times, and Grace has been the representative who assisted me each time. I want to personally commend her for the outstanding support she provided throughout the entire process, from start to finish. Grace's communication was excellent. She kept me updated frequently and clearly during every stage, including design submission, design approval, and production. At no point did I feel like I was left waiting for information. Her responses were always quick, timely, and helpful. As someone who is still fairly new to the custom pin design process, I had several questions and concerns about my designs. Grace answered everything thoroughly and helped ease any uncertainty I had. Her knowledge and patience made the process much easier and more comfortable. The production process was also very fast, but the quality was not sacrificed. I truly appreciate that my orders arrived well before my event dates while still meeting a high standard of quality. I will definitely be purchasing from GS-JJ again in the future, and I sincerely hope Grace is the representative who handles my next order.
