Soft enamel pins are usually crafted from high-quality metal such as iron, brass, or zinc alloy. The raised metal areas are plated, while the recessed areas are filled with enamel paint, creating a textured look and durable finish.

Soft enamel pins are generally 1.5mm thick. The exact thickness depends on the pin size and production process:

▪ 1.5–1.8 inches: 1.8mm
▪ 1.8 inches and above: 2.0mm

· No Gradient or Color Blending – Traditional soft enamel and hard enamel pins use individual enamel colors, so smooth gradients, shadows, or blended color transitions cannot be reproduced directly. Each color area must be a solid color.
· Metal Lines Are Required – Different enamel colors must be separated by raised metal borders (also called die lines or metal walls). These metal outlines prevent colors from mixing during production and help define the details of the design.

Notes: We use the Pantone Matching System to ensure 100% color accuracy. You can provide your specific Pantone codes, or our designers can match them for you for free.

Your artworks belong to you, and we would only use them for your orders. Your designs and molds won't be available or sold to other clients in the future. No one can order your designs or incorporate your elements into their designs.
