The 75th Ranger Regiment is the U.S. Army’s highly trained special units, designated U.S. Army Ranger units. All members of the Rangers are trained by the toughest combat course in Ranger school to get the "Ranger" title. US Ranger Military challenge coins are special tokens in honor of their service and duty to the nation and mean a lot to the Rangers.
