As far as the borders are concerned, there are three kinds of borders that you can choose are Merrowed Border, Heat cut Border, and Laser Cut Border. But we recommend the Heat cut Border for your hat patches for two reasons.

• Second, heat cut border tend to be as secure as the day you get them, to protect the life of the hat.
