I used their AI tool to design a custom patch. It did a darn good job and then Teresa worked with their team to make a few modifications. She monitored the turnaround with the design team and made sure the order was fast tracked to arrive on time so I had my patches before a big convention. And she adjusted the price of my order for stickers because of the large patch order. Everyone at the conference thought the patch was beautiful and admired the quality.
