I always have concerns when ordering items through the internet. You never know what the quality will be. We were blown away by the quality of the medals we ordered for our high school graduation tassels. We had looked at multiple options, but none were what we visualized. Chris, our sales rep. answered our questions, made the adjustments we needed, and was very professional with his follow-up.
