I've worked with Judy on several custom enamel pin projects now, and she has been consistently excellent to work with. She is responsive, professional, patient with revisions, and always makes the process easy and clear.
What I especially appreciate is that she really pays attention to the details. Even when a design is complicated or requires several rounds of adjustments, she follows everything carefully, communicates clearly with the production team, and helps find practical solutions without losing the original idea.
We've worked together on different pin designs, backing cards, UV printing details, production proofs and time-sensitive orders, and the results have always been very good. She is also very helpful when something needs to be changed at the last minute or when a deadline is important.
