In order to encourage the morale and positivity of its staff, DC designed the Silver Medallion DC Award. The new Custom Award Pins were designed and produced for the Silver Medallion DC Award 2017. The Custom Award Pins is the great combination of our quality sandblasting & soft enamel process. A round medal surrounding by a ribbon was stamped on the quality metal. The background of the medal was sandblasting for a matte look, the central “0” and clover were filled with green enamel; the ribbon was filled with red enamel.
