The Federal Executive Institute (FEI) was founded by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) in 1968. It offers senior leaders to learn some courses or programs in order to improve the performance of government agencies. FEI Custom Challenge Coins are specially designed for this unique Institute.
