[ No Minimum Order ]Does a custom medal purchase require a minimum order quantity?

Not at all; we welcome custom projects of any size, requiring zero minimum volume. You'll also automatically unlock better per-unit pricing on larger wholesale batches.

[ Sample ]May I view product samples before official orders?

Absolutely! We can send you a random sample from our current stock for your review. You'll need to handle the delivery fee. You can learn more details of our sample service on our dedicated medal sample page.

[ Materials ]What are the materials used to manufacture medals?

When making medals, we use either steel for strength and durability or zinc for lightweight, non-magnetic, and intricate designs.

[ Ribbon ]Do all medals come with a neck ribbon?

Yes! You can choose the stock ribbon, and you can add a small fee to upgrade to a custom ribbon with the logo or event name.

[ Package ]What packaging options are available?

Standard orders come with free Bubble Bags. For an upgraded look, you can choose from our Velour Pouches and Velour Boxes or Plastic Boxes. We also design custom packaging options to meet your brand.

[ Process ]How to order custom medals?

You can order our medals in four types: The first one, through our easy automated quote system, gets a quote instantly and easily to make a decision. The second option is to contact our customer team and explain your needs; we will provide guidance throughout the process. The third method is to describe your requirements, and our AI tool quickly takes you to the matching quotation page for full pricing details. About Design

[ Size ]Can you make extra-large or mini medals?

Absolutely! Medal size is not limited. Standard sizes range from 1.5 to 5 inches, and we can customize any size you require.

[ Shape ]Can medals be made in special shapes?

Yes, we support customization of all styles and shapes; there are no restrictions on the design. Classic round and shield shapes are the most popular choices, but personalized designs can also be customized. Need creative inspiration? Check out our collection of popular niche medal designs.

[ Thickness ]What is the common thickness range for custom medals?

Enamel medals are recommended to be 2.5-4 mm thick, while UV-printed medals are mostly 2-3 mm thick. Standard thickness is free. If a thicker medal is required, a small additional fee will be charged; the specific amount of this fee will be determined by the design.

[ Artwork ]Is it possible to add customize image or logo to the medal?

Absolutely. You can add your own logo or image to the medal. We do UV printing and gloss dome inserts for that. Just make sure the file you send is high-resolution (350 DPI or better), and file in .jpg, .png, .tiff, .psd, .pdf, or .bmp.

[ Upgrade Options ]What upgrade options do you offer? What are the prices?

Our upgrade options cover 3D, glitter, spinning, glow-in-the-dark, and cut-outs. Final cost changes with design and order quantity. Share your design thoughts for exact pricing.

[ Multiple Designs ]Can I design different numbers or names on each medal?

Certainly. We know that the medal is personalized for your participants. So we offer an exclusive service. GSJJ often uses laser engraving to realize it. Meanwhile, an extra fee will be charged. But if you want your names or numbers with the metal line, they need extra molds.

[ Proof Delivery Time ] When can I expect to see the design proof?

You'll get your artwork within 12–24 hours once your details are confirmed.

[ Delivery Time ]What is the standard order processing time?

Production takes 3 business days, and shipping takes 3 days. If you are not in a hurry to use it, you can pick a longer production to enjoy a significant discount: 10% Off: 7 business days production + 3 days shipping 20% Off: 20 business days production + 3 to 5 days shipping 30% Off: 30 business days production + sea shipping

[ Rush Service ]Can you speed up orders for tight deadlines?

We provide 24-hour printed medals at an extra cost. Send your event date, and we will coordinate delivery to meet your deadline.

[ Shipping & Customs fees ]Do you charge shipping or customs fees?

There are no hidden customs costs. Shipping is completely free to the US, Canada, and Australia. For other regions, please contact our customer for details.

[ Shipping Company ]Which logistics companies do you use to ship your goods?

We primarily ship via UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

[ Installment Payments ]Do you support installment payments?

Absolutely. You can pay a deposit to start production, and then settle the balance before we ship the goods. We do not accept cash on delivery. The deposit-to-balance ratio can be flexibly adjusted.

[ Mold Fee ]Is there an additional mold fee for custom medals?

Exclusive custom medals require a mold fee. The fee is valid for two years, covering all reorders during this period. If you prefer not to incur mold costs, our 24-hour and 48-hour printed medal options provide efficient and flexible customization for rush orders.

[ Payment Security ]Is it safe to pay on your website?

Our website adopts SSL encryption to safeguard your payment information. All payment data is transmitted safely, so you can order with confidence.

[ Order Changes ]Can I modify my order after placing it?

Absolutely! Please reach out through our "Contact Us" form right away. As long as production and shipping haven't started, updates are completely free. If your order is already underway, we'll still do our best to help, though a change fee may apply or a new order might be required.

[ Return Policy ]What are your return terms and conditions?

Stock Medals: Return or exchange undamaged items within 30 days. Custom Orders: No refunds due to personalization. Handmade Variance: A 5% margin is normal. For defective items over 6%, we offer free remake service. How to Return: Contact us first for instructions and a prepaid shipping slip.
