Customized Product Description
All of our products are custom manufactured and crafted by hand. Due to this artisan process, minor variations from the digital art proof are natural. Minor differences (product appearance variations not exceeding 5%) fall within the normal and acceptable range for custom products.
Logistics and Transportation Assurance
1. During the design stage: If you are not satisfied at any stage PRIOR to production and wish to cancel the order, GSJJ.com will fully refund the amount within 3 to 7 calendar days after receiving your request.
2. Full Production Phase: Your order will immediately enter the full production stage upon approval of the photos or physical samples (if your order includes a sample stage) or your approval of the designer's draft (if your order does not include a sample stage).
At this stage, we have purchased all the materials required and will fully fufill the order. If you decide to cancel the order during this period, we will deduct 60% of the total cost of the order. This cost is what GSJJ.com contributed to the cost of sourcing the raw materials, mold cost, and other production losses.
3. After the order is delivered: Because GSJJ.com products are customized and uniquely made, we can not resell them. Therefore, once a logistics tracking number is generated, we will no longer accept any refund requests.
Undamaged stock products: Undamaged stock items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, for any reason.
4. After receiving the goods: If there are any defects or you are not satisfied with the product, please let us know within 7 days after receiving the product. If you wish to apply for a refund or exchange, the related goods must be returned to our company for professional inspection. Reach out to your contact person to get a prepaid return label.
All returned goods will be inspected by our quality control department to determine whether there are manufacturing defects, color or design deviations.
a. After inspection, if the defect rate reaches 6% or higher, we will offer to re-produce the product and send you the new one at no-cost. Please keep in mind, the production time for reproductions is usually 15-20 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
b. If it is determined the relevant deviation is within 6% (excluding 6%) of the manual error range, this does not qualify as a quality defect. These items will not be refundable or exchangeable and we will return the product to you at your cost.

Refund Methods and Amounts
Once your return is received, inspected, and if approved; we’ll email you to confirm and update you on your refund status. Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note that color variations of enamel or embroidery products do not constitute a reason for a refund, unless you have ordered a physical sample for verification, and we failed to reasonably match that sample during the production process.
