You can choose the right process based on your design complexity and desired visual effect:
Embroidered: Provides a raised 3D texture and is suitable for large text and logos. If your design includes text smaller than 2mm, ultra-fine outlines, or complex patterns, do not choose embroidered, as the details may become unclear.
Woven: Uses fine threads to create a smooth, flat surface. It is suitable for designs with text smaller than 2mm or fine-line logos, including detailed gears or polygon patterns.
Printed: Like woven, it has a smooth, flat surface. It is more suitable for photos, realistic designs, or anime characters, hand-drawn artwork, and designs with gradients.

50% Embroidery: If you have a limited budget and want clear readability or a classic large text/large logo design, 50% Embroidery Coverage is a very suitable choice.
75% Embroidery: If you want to highlight the layered effect of the main design element with a simple background pattern, 75% Embroidery Coverage is a very suitable choice.
100% Embroidery: If you are looking for a premium, firm, and thick texture, or your design has a complex full-background pattern, 100% Embroidery Coverage is the best choice.

Choose the right border based on your Jet Tag’s desired look and texture, shape complexity, and production budget.
Merrow Border is suitable for standard rectangles, rounded rectangles, and oval shapes. The merrow border edge is thicker and raised above the fabric base material. (This is a free option.)
Laser Cut is suitable for any complex custom shapes, including gears and wave designs. To ensure cutting safety, a 1.5mm–2mm bleed area is required.
Heat Cut is suitable for parallelograms, 45-degree tapered ends, or beveled rectangles. The edge appearance is similar to a merrow border, but without the same thickness. It provides a flatter and cleaner edge finish.
