Shipping Policy

After your order is produced, it will be shipped by air and typically arrives within 3–5 business days. 
Please note, delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

We offer free shipping to all 50 U.S. states. 
Additional shipping charges may apply to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and certain remote or extended service areas where carriers impose special delivery surcharges.

FedEx and other commercial carriers cannot deliver directly to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. 
To complete delivery, orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO locations are first shipped to our California forwarding facility and then forwarded through USPS to the final military address.
Because this process requires additional handling and forwarding, extra shipping charges and longer transit times will apply.

Additional carrier surcharges may apply to remote locations within the U.S., including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
If remote delivery locations require additional shipping fees, your assigned sales coordinator will notify you prior to order finalization.

Orders are shipped through reputable carriers, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, and others. 
The carrier used for shipment is selected based on destination, delivery requirements, and service availability.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Please note, international delivery times vary depending on destination country, customs clearance procedures, local delivery networks, and import regulations.

Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe; however, factors outside our control may occasionally result in longer transit times, including:
 • Severe weather conditions
• Random and routine Customs inspections
• Carrier service disruptions
• Holidays
• High shipping volume periods
• Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
If a package cannot be delivered or needs to be resent due to incorrect address details, missing information, invalid postal code, or refusal of delivery, additional fees will apply.

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate the situation and assist in finding a suitable resolution.
