Sample Patch

After submitting my custom patch image, I was pleasantly surprised to see from the initial design comp that a fully embroidered, high quality, detailed patch was possible. Heaven, my Sales Coordinator, was exceptionally responsive, despite working in different time zones. Heaven followed up with a clear description of the process, backing options, and estimates. I was able to review and approve high resolution photos of a physical prototype which gave additional confidence. The bulk order production was completed promptly, shipped, and delivered within the agreed upon timeframe.

Maisy and her team did a fantastic job translating my illustration into embroidery. When the patches arrived to my home, I was surprised to find I liked their work more than mine! Economies of scale and sticker outline limitations took me a bit by surprise, but I’ll be coming back when I have another good idea. Thanks, Maisy!
