We offer free design help for all orders. Just tell us your ideas or send a rough sketch, and we’ll finish the rest for you. You can also ask for unlimited edits on design drafts with zero extra charge. We’ll adjust the design until you’re fully satisfied before mass production starts.

Soft enamel has texture on the surface with raised metal borders. Hard enamel will be fully polished to a flat, smooth finish, with a shiny look and better quality. We can not only make custom shapes, but also adjust the size as you need.

All challenge coin styles can be remade into metal keychains. We can also add custom words or unique patterns on the back side to meet your needs.

Double-sided custom service is available. You can use the same pattern on both sides or two different designs. A small extra fee will be charged for totally different double-sided designs, and the price is a bit higher than that of single-sided keychains.

You can upload finished design files, brand logos, or simple hand-drawn drafts. Our designers will sort out your ideas, fix all technical details, and make a finished design that’s ready for production.

You can use any patterns as long as you have legal usage rights. If you worry about copyright problems, our team will check all content for you before production, to make sure everything meets legal rules.

Our system supports common file types, including AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, and JPG. Vector files like AI and PDF work best to restore your design details. Any high-definition file is also acceptable. Just upload your files, and our team will fix technical issues to make sure it fits production standards.

We can add serial numbers to all custom metal products by laser engraving. Just leave a note for this need when you check the electronic design draft. We will update your artwork and make a new price quote, including the cost of numbered marking or limited edition serial numbers.

You’re allowed to add many different designs in one order. Just write down the exact number for each design in the comment box, so we can calculate the correct price for you.

No extra mold cost for repeat orders. We will keep your design mold for 2 years. If you reorder the same style within two years, you won’t be charged for a new mold.

Free shipping covers the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia. We also provide free delivery to Singapore, Israel, India, Hungary, and Switzerland. This free service is only for official bulk orders. If you only need samples, you need to pay shipping fees even in these free shipping areas.

The regular production duration is 3 to 20 working days. The transportation time varies for different styles: metal keychains take 6 to 30 days, acrylic keychains 13 to 28 days, PVC keychains 17 to 28 days, and embroidered keychains 10 to 25 days. The overall time limit may change depending on the selected material and discount plan.

Yes. We offer free delivery services to the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Additionally, free delivery is available in regions such as Singapore, Israel, India, Hungary and Switzerland. For formal orders sent to these eligible areas, free delivery is available. However, for sample requests, customers will still need to pay the shipping fee even in countries offering free delivery.

We ship goods to all countries around the world. Shipping time is different for different regions. You can see the estimated delivery time when you check out or ask for a quote. We will arrange shipment as fast as we can, whether local or international delivery, to send your custom items to you quickly.

We make our acrylic keychains with a two-layer sandwich structure. Your printed design is placed and sealed between two high-quality acrylic sheets. The ink is fully covered inside, which stops scratches, water damage, and daily wear. Colors will stay bright and not fade for a long time.

For a single-sided style, the print is on the back of one acrylic piece, with a protective coat on top. Both styles have nice multi-color shine, and the visual effect changes with light. • Broken Glass: brings clear geometric light reflection, with a cool modern shattered style. • Star Holographic: soft twinkling star sparkles, great for cute and dreamy design styles. Small tip: these special effects show better on dark or bright colors. They will look faint on full, clear blank areas.

Resin dome coating makes a smooth, shiny 3D curved surface. It makes the keychain look thick and high-end. It also makes your design colors more vivid, just like a magnifying layer. We also have a glitter resin dome option. Fine glitter is added to the protective layer, with better touch and upscale look.

No see-through issue at all. We add a solid white layer between the front and back prints. It blocks light completely. You can put two different designs on each side, such as the front character face and the back character view. No blurry shadow or pattern overlap will happen.

All our acrylic items have thin, clear protective films on both sides to avoid scratches in transit. Just tear off the films, and the surface will be smooth, clear, and glossy. If you pick the resin dome upgrade, only the flat side will have a protective film.

Soft enamel has a classic, bumpy feel because the metal lines are raised; it’s the best choice if you want a 3D, traditional look at a lower cost. Hard enamel is polished down until it’s totally flat and smooth; we highly recommend it for high-end branding or jewelry-quality gifts because of its premium, glossy finish.

For a high-end retail feel, Shiny Gold or Silver is the standard. However, if you want a "vintage" or heirloom aesthetic, we suggest Antique Finishes (Antique Gold, Silver, or Copper). These undergo a special darkening process to highlight the recessed details of your design, making it look like a timeless collector's piece.

Not at all. For hard enamel, the colors are fired at high temperatures and polished flat, making them nearly as hard as glass and extremely scratch-resistant. Soft Enamel air-dries and sits recessed below the metal lines, which protects the color from direct friction. If you need extra protection for Soft Enamel, we recommend adding an Epoxy coating, which provides a clear, protective dome.

Choose 2D if your design has flat areas and clear color separation. Choose 3D if your artwork features rounded edges, human portraits, or realistic animal textures (like a sculptured look). 3D molds allow for varying depths and curves, giving the keychain a high-relief, statuesque quality that adds significant perceived value.

We use computerized electroplating tanks to maintain precise chemical balances and timing. For "Antique" finishes, each piece is hand-rubbed, which may result in very slight, natural variations that add to the "vintage" character. For shiny finishes, we use a hanging plating process to ensure every keychain is coated evenly without contact marks.

• 2D style has a flat surface with multiple raised layers. Every color is divided by small gaps to avoid color mixing, and it creates a unique stepped look. • 3D style has round, shaped details just like small physical figures. It works best for curved patterns, character portraits and realistic designs. This style is heavier, with a high-end toy texture.

We make PVC keychains by injecting liquid rubber into custom molds. We recommend limiting regular designs to 1–12 colors. As the number of colors increases, the production cost will go up. More color options will raise mold difficulty, slow down production speed and affect the whole process. If your artwork has gradient effects or rich multi-color details, you can add UV printing to print delicate patterns directly on the PVC surface.

We use safe, high-quality soft PVC material that follows global safety rules. The color is mixed into the raw material during production, not just printed on top. It will not peel, crack, or fade, even with long-term daily use and regular water contact.

Soft PVC material is soft and bendable. You can twist or fold it freely, and it will not break or deform easily. It is safer for kids and more durable than acrylic or metal keychains. When it gets dirty, just wipe it with a soft, wet cloth and mild soap to clean it easily.

Glow in the dark is an upgraded premium finish to make your design stand out better in low light. You can pick the right option according to your budget and daily use needs. Single side glow (unit price +19%): We only add luminous powder to the front pattern. It is the most budget-friendly choice to get an eye-catching, glowing effect. Great for event gifts and promotional items that need nice visual results at a lower cost. Double-sided glow (unit price +39%): Glow powder is blended into the whole PVC material, covering both front and back sides. This option is perfect for safety-related styles and high-end retail goods. It offers a full, round, glowing performance. No matter how the keychain flips in the dark, your logo and warning words will always stay visible.

Coverage rate stands for the proportion of stitch lines on the base fabric. We offer three options: 50%, 75% and 100%. Lower coverage delivers a simple look at a lower cost. Higher coverage makes the stitching fuller and more textured, with a slightly higher price. You can freely choose the best option based on your budget and custom design needs.

Each craft has its own unique touch and detail effect: • Embroidered: Thick stitching on fabric, classic look with obvious 3D texture. • Woven: Made with fine threads, flat and smooth surface, ideal for small text and fine details that embroidery cannot create. • Chenille: Features a soft, towel-like fuzzy finish, fits simple casual styles and brings a gentle, premium hand feel. • Printed: Patterns are directly printed on the fabric surface. It supports rich colors, gradient effects and complex graphics, with soft and lightweight texture.

Edge types can be selected according to your custom shape: • Merrow Border: Thick wrapped edge in classic style, sturdy and long lasting, ideal for regular shapes like rectangles and ovals. • Laser Cut: Fit for special irregular outlines. It keeps neat sharp edges, fully matching logo and cartoon character shapes. • Heat Cut: Thin flat edge design, simpler than merrow border, good for basic shapes that need a slim side finish.

All fabric keychains offer a custom double-sided design. Double-sided production will cost extra for all craft types, no matter which style you choose. Whether you want the same pattern or different designs on both sides, there is an additional charge.

Our fabric keychains are made for daily outdoor use and long-term use. We use tough polyester thread, which won’t fade or lose color after touching water. Reinforced edge stitching stops loose threads, even with daily use on bags or vehicle keys. It’s easy to clean — just hand-wash softly with mild soap to keep it fresh.
