Yes, absolutely! We offer FREE art and design services with every order!

[ Proof ]Can you create the proof for me?

Yes, after you submit your quotation and design requirements, we will provide you with an electronic proof within 24 hours. You can modify and edit the proof as many times as you want until you confirm it before making payment.

[ Design vs Product ]How close will my final product look compared to the proof I’ve received?

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all colors will be matched “as closely as possible” to your original artwork. Most of our products are hand-made / hand colored, and differences in dye and color lots can be expected from time to time. For an exact color match, we use Pantone® matching systems formula guide for coated colors. For an additional charge of $15.00 per color, we will match Pantone colors exactly to the colors in the Pantone® formula guide available from the Pantone matching system. Please note that due to differences in monitor calibration, the colors displayed on your monitor may differ from the colors in the Pantone guide. We match colors based on the printed guide. If color match is not selected at checkout, then refunds for color matching will not be issued. Large areas of hard enamel may not fill perfectly to the top. Please understand that our products are hand-made and hand-finished. Each pin is an individual work of art; uneven enamel fill, small scratches, and dust are normal in pin manufacture and will not be credited.

[ Confirm Proof ]How can I verify my design proof?

After you submit your inquiry and design requirements, we will send the design draft to your email address within 24 hours. You can reply directly to the confirmation email or notify your sales coordinator. Production will only begin after you are satisfied.

[ Design Revision ]If I don't like the design, can I revise it?

Your sales coordinator will be more than happy to continue to make adjustments for you in areas that you’re not happy with. At any point that you feel your SC is not understanding your request through emails, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at 1-866-573-4920, and any one of us here can go over the art proof together with you or provide feedback.

[ Pantone ]Can your company provide professional Pantone color cards for selection?

Usually, we recommend customers to enter Pantone's official website to select Pantone color numbers, or you can directly enter: https://www.pantone.com/color-finder to select. We provide product production according to the color number you choose.

[ Design Cost ]Are there additional costs for design and proof review?

We offer free design and proof review services; you will not need to pay any extra fees.

[ Design Templates ]Can your website provide some existing design templates or AI design assistance?

Our website offers free online design tools and a vast library of templates to personalize your designs. Our design tools also include AI-assisted design features to help you easily create the personalized products you desire.

[ Process Difference ]What is the difference between hard and soft enamel?

Soft enamel is the more economical option; the surface of the pin or coin is textured, with the metal linework being raised, and the paint settling into the recesses. Hard enamel is slightly more expensive; the surface of the pin or coin will be smooth, and the metal linework and paint are level with each other. Artwork

[ File Format ]What file format do I need to upload for my artwork?

We prefer vectorized files, but we accept AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG. There are no restrictions regarding dimensions. A PNG file of resolution 300dpi can also work if you don’t have a vector file.

[ Multiple Artworks ]Can I add multiple design artworks to the same quote?

You can submit multiple design artworks in the same quote. However, please note that different designs may have different mold fees and minimum order quantities.

[ Estimate ]Can you give me an estimate before submitting artwork?

Our website does provide you with an estimated / rough pricing at the moment. Please try to use this link here. If you are interested in receiving an art proof and accurate pricing for your design, kindly continue to click the orange button that says “submit inquiry.” Fill in the contact information, and a sales coordinator will reach out to you within 24 hours to provide feedback.

[ Submit Artwork ]How should I supply my own artwork to you?

Most preferred format is Illustrator or .eps vector artwork, and all fonts converted to outlines/curves. We also accept .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd, or .bmp files (please enlarge artwork 4 times larger than the pin size). We highly recommend the use of PMS Matching System colors in your art in order to reproduce the colors you require. For our Digital Pins, artwork should be at least 300 dpi or higher.
