Select your desired customization style and production lead time, then upload your design artwork. Alternatively, you can send an email to info@gs-jj.com including your artwork and detailed product specifications. Our team will send you the design proof and official quotation within the same day.

[ Track Order ]Can I track my order?
Of course. After payment, our customer service will send you the order and tracking information via email. You can also register and log in to our website to view your order information in the "My Order" section of your user center.

[ MOQ ]Is there a minimum purchase quantity I need to meet?
We welcome orders of any quantity with no minimum limit. Some of our online quoting systems have minimum price limits, which may prevent you from getting an accurate quote for small orders on the website. Send us an email, and we will provide you with a personalized quote immediately.

[ Bulk Order ]Do you handle large-volume purchase orders?
Yes, we look forward to working with any company or organization to provide services for large-volume purchase orders. We also welcome individual buyers and small businesses, with no minimum order quantity.
[ Change Order ]Can I modify or cancel my order after production has started?
Once your order enters the production phase, order adjustments and cancellations are not generally accepted. Should you still request changes or cancellation at this stage, we will charge fees according to all actual costs already incurred. Any mandatory revisions made after production commences will be treated as a brand-new separate order.
[ Reorder ]If I want to place another order and change the quantity, what should I do?
You can email your order number to info@gs-jj.com to contact us with your specific needs for the reorder, or contact your former sales coordinator directly for a quote.

[ Reorder Mold Fee ]Do I need to pay the mold fee again if I place another order?
We will keep your order mold for two years. Reordering within two years will be free of mold fees.
