The level of customer service from this company has been stellar. I had worked with Heaven, who was the sales coordinator and they were very prompt with responding to my requests. We had gone through about 4 rounds of iteration and feedback and they worked closely with me to create the patch that I wanted (including creating a physical version and sending pictures) and we landed on a great final result!
