Custom Poker Chips

It was great so far.

My customer service rep was Arriella. She was outstanding and caught two mistakes I had made. The product is great and the price is fair.

It was wonderful!

We recently worked with GS-JJ to produce custom 4-inch medals and personalized ribbons for the 25th Anniversary Protection Sports Association World Championship, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial design and quoting process through final production and delivery, the customer service was exceptional. Sienna was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was responsive, patient, professional, and extremely helpful as we worked through multiple design details, revisions, and customizations. She made sure our questions were answered and that we were comfortable with the final product before production began. When the medals arrived, I was genuinely impressed with the quality. The craftsmanship, intricate detailing, antique gold finish, and custom-printed ribbons exceeded my expectations. These medals have a substantial, premium appearance that is exactly what we wanted for an event of this significance. I was also extremely impressed with the production and international shipping time. Everything arrived safely, in excellent condition, and well ahead of our event. These medals will add a tremendous level of professionalism and prestige to our World Championship, and I am proud to present them to our competitors and officials. We are so pleased with the results that I hope to make custom medals from GS-JJ an annual tradition for our championship. I highly recommend GS-JJ, and especially Sienna, to anyone looking for high-quality custom medals, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service. Thank you for helping us create something truly special for our 25th Anniversary World Championship!

Great customer service!

I reached out to GS-JJ for a quote after I spent 3 days communicating with and proofing my design with another company. When I was ready to order, I was told they couldn't meet my deadline and offered me an express coin with a sticker with some epoxy over it. I wasn't very happy and almost gave up, but I took to the internet and found GS-JJ. I sent my design and received a very quick reply. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Morry to help design our veterans challenge coin. The level of professionalism is awesome and the expeditious responses have made it an even better experience. I had already designed the coin so I didn't go through that process, but they handled my changes and adjustments well. Now, I will wait to see if they arrive as promised, in time for our event, and that the coins are everything I hope they will be.
