Staff at GS-JJ are very responsive to emails which I really appreciated! I do think that some parts of the website are unclear (such as numbers of designs and mention of setup fees) which made it a clunky shopping experience.

Alex was so helpful and kind and he worked so hard to get all the specifications I wanted, after everything was delivered I was so ecstatic I literally called everyone I knew. The quality is absolutely amazing and totally worth the price! The customer service is astounding and will 100% be coming back and using them as my manufacturers.
