Staff at GS-JJ are very responsive to emails which I really appreciated! I do think that some parts of the website are unclear (such as numbers of designs and mention of setup fees) which made it a clunky shopping experience.

The keychains came out vibrant and soft, I was very happy with the results! Only thing I wished it would’ve been clearer was the acrylic color, it’s more of a tint that shows under the sun light, but either way, it wasn’t for charge which made it nice to experiment with
