Yes, absolutely! We offer Rush Service for the majority of our product lines. If you are on a tight deadline, you can significantly accelerate the manufacturing process and receive your products sooner by paying a corresponding rush fee.

Free shipping to the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Other regions will be quoted separately. Orders shipped to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses will incur shipping costs.

Because our products are 100% custom-made to your specifications, they cannot be resold to others. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of buyer's remorse, design changes after approval, or shipping delays caused by customs/carriers.

If there is a clear manufacturing error or quality defect that differs from your approved digital proof, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide photos of the issue, and we will happily remanufacture and ship the defective items at no extra cost to you, or issue a partial/full refund depending on the situation.

We manufacture products exactly based on the final digital proof you approved. If the mistake is present on the approved proof, we cannot offer a refund or a free replacement. However, if the final product differs from your approved proof due to a factory error, we will remanufacture and overnight-ship the corrected items to you completely free of charge.
