Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free to the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Any shipment outside of these places needs to be quoted. Shipping fees will be applied to APO, FPO, and DPO orders.

Some of our products, such as custom pins, custom challenge coins, and custom medals, can be delivered via expedited service. If customers want to speed up order production, they can simply pay an expedited fee to receive the product faster.

Our delivery times range between one and four weeks after receipt of an order and approval of artwork (please refer to the appropriate item on this website for the normal delivery times listed). However, some delivery times may vary depending upon the quantity, production methods used, or uniqueness of your design requirements.

Production time depends on your product and may take up to two weeks. Generally, more complex products and designs will require longer production times. For example, the factory's production time and process for badges are roughly as follows: ● Creating Mold: 2-3 Days ● Die Stuck, Cut, Weld Back Nails, Die Cast Zinc Alloy: 5-6 Days ● Polishing: 1 Day ● Plating: 1-3 Days ● Coloring(Simple or Complex): 3-7 Days ● Quality Package: 2-3 Days ● Carding: 2 Days If your design is more complex and includes additional accessories, it will require a longer production time.
