Step 1: Make the mold your digital design is first transformed into a physical mold – the foundation for every custom pin.
Step 2: Stamp & cut out the design is stamped onto a metal plate, and a separate machine precisely punches out the pin's shape.
Step 3: Electroplate an outer metal layer is added for finish and durability. Note: Hard and soft enamel pins are both electroplated, but at different stages of production.
