I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Rachel and the incredible service she provided! I ordered custom pins for my son’s trip to Cooperstown, including sibling pins and mom pins, and they were an absolute HIT! The pins came out amazing, and the kids traded them so quickly. They were such a fun part of the trip, and we had a blast with them! What really stood out to me, though, was Rachel’s customer service. She truly went above and beyond from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always made sure to follow up with me. I always felt like I could count on her, and she made sure everything was taken care of and that my order turned out exactly how I wanted it. I haven’t experienced this level of customer service in a very long time. Rachel genuinely cared about making sure we were happy, and that made the entire experience so much better. She was professional, responsive, patient, and simply wonderful to work with. The pins were not only beautifully made, but they became a really special part of our Cooperstown memories. We had so much fun trading them and seeing the kids get excited about each other’s pins. Rachel is truly an asset to this company, and they should feel extremely lucky to have her. Exceptional customer service, amazing work, and someone who genuinely cares about her customers. Leah took such good care of me and made sure my pins were exactly what I wanted. They arrived quickly and well-packaged. I can't wait to hand them out as the participation prize for our school fundraiser.
