They’re made the same way before color filling. Both styles are die-struck out of steel or brass. Die striking leaves indentations where the color fills to ensure that metal lines remain raised to separate colors and add detail. While they share a foundation, understanding the differences between hard and soft enamel is key to choosing the right look for your project.

Design & Color: Custom enamel pins require individual fill colors, while printed pins can be printed as a whole and support gradient colors. It captures every fine detail that enamel filling cannot achieve.
